The suspect in several bank robberies in and around Los Angeles and Orange counties has been apprehended by police, according to the Mission Viejo Patch. Kyle Jason Korte is being charged with armed bank robbery. Our personal injury attorney reports that he attempted to rob a Bank of America in Playa Vista, Bank of the West in Torrance, Union Bank in Laguna Beach, and a Chase Bank in Seal Beach.
An LA County Sheriff’s sergeant recognized Korte from a prior robbery arrest in 2014. Luckily no one was injured in any of the robberies.
