Father And Son Were HIt In An Irvine Pedestrian Car Accident On Halloween Night

A 65-year-old man and was out enjoying Halloween night with his 4-year-old son when something went terribly wrong. As he and his son were out trick-or-treating, when the father and son duo were struck by a vehicle. The father succumbed to his injuries at a hospital. The four-year-old boy was critically injured. On Monday, November 1, the boy’s condition was critical but stable. The accident at 7:10 P.M. Friday night, and the father was pronounced dead after 8:30 P.M.

The driver of the vehicle did not leave the scene of the accident, and she cooperated with officers and investigators. The investigation continues, but at the time the driver had not been charged. She was released shortly afterwards.
