Client was driving his motorcycle down a Highway, and defendant was attempting to turn left into a church causing her to T-bone the client. Client had surgery on femur, 3 fractures, ankle fracture, and knee shaft fracture. We were able to obtain the full maximum Policy Limit and we got majority of the settlement in our client’s pocket.
