Our client was stopped at a red light. The Defendant was traveling directly behind our client’s vehicle. As our client remained stopped at the red light, he was violently rear-ended by the Defendant who did not apply her breaks before striking our-client’s vehicle. Our client had to get two Cervical Injections. We were able to settle his case with more than the Policy Limit amount and before going to trial.
