Our client was riding his bicycle with traffic. Our client made eye contact with the driver and extended his left arm to signal he was going to move out of the right turn lane to continue riding on the lane. The defendant fled the scene. We obtained the full maximum Policy Limit and we got majority of the settlement in our client’s pocket.
