  • Over-the-counter pain meds – Tylenol, Advil, Motrin IB, etc.
  • Exercise
    • light stretching
    • rotating the neck in both direction
    • tilting the head from side-to-side
    • bending the neck towards the chest
    • rolling the shoulders
  • Physical therapy
  • Chiropractic Therapy
